According to the CDC website, mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.
That being said we can not achieve our dreams and live out our admirations correctly if we do not take care of our mental health. The ability to work out solutions and have healthy relationships with others are extremely difficult to achieve when you have your own psyche is not stable. So many people look at asking for help as a weakness. But in all actuality, it takes great strength to be so vulnerable.
20.6% of U.S. adults experienced mental illness in 2019 (51.5 million people). Thus proving that if you do need mental help that you are not alone. You owe it to yourself to be the best self you can be so, therefore, you can achieve your goals in life. That starts in the mind. That way you can make the best decisions for yourself and realize you deserve true happiness. That happiness starts in your mind.
