A lot of people go through life wishing that their lives were better. They long for greatness. But the only problem is that they keep repeating their same day-to-day life without changing anything. However, if you desire a better life then you have to make changes in that direction. You can’t get different results by doing the same things that have only gotten you what you already have. You must pull yourself out of that box that you’ve been living in. Staying on the same track and wishing for better will not help you at all. “Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”-Albert Einstein. Therefore, doing such can drive you insane. I believe this is the cause for some individual’s depression and anxiety. You must map out a new plan to move towards what you’ve been dreaming of. This will end the insanity. The thought of change may seem scary, but not changing to get better is what will be hard on you. Especially when you know that you could have changed for the better.
